We kindly ask you to call our reception on +39 035 666 1001 once you leave the airport with any luggage already collected and if the shuttle is available we will send it to pick you up.
The shuttle service operates at the following times:
– From Monday to Friday:
from 01.00 to 08.00 every 15 minutes for Orio al Serio airport
from 08:00 to 24:00 upon availability to/from Orio al Serio airport – call reception
– Saturday:
from midnight to 12.00 every 15 minutes for Orio al Serio airport
from 7.00pm to 12.00am based on availability to/from Orio al Serio airport – call reception
– Sunday:
from midnight to 7.45am every 15 minutes for Orio al Serio airport
from 7.00pm to 12.00am based on availability to/from Orio al Serio airport – call reception
Depending on availability, the shuttle can also be requested out of hours by contacting reception (+39 0356661001).
The shuttle service to reach the Bergamo train station, the Orio Center shopping center and Bergamo city is active upon availability to be checked at the time and has an extra cost.
The shuttle service on public holidays works in the morning ONLY until 07.45 and resumes from 19.00 to 24.00.
